Job summary

A recruitment agency for engineering is seeking a Pipe Fabricator Welder to join the team in Wrexham. The role requires cutting, bending, grinding, and fabricating carbon and stainless steel pipe, along with TIG and MIG welding experience. Applicants should have relevant workshop experience and previous welding codings are advantageous. Immediate start available.

Qualifications

• Must have workshop experience.
• Experience in both TIG and MIG welding is required.
• Previous welding codings in TIG & MIG are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Cutting, bending, grinding, and fabricating carbon and stainless steel pipe.
• TIG welding on stainless pipe and MIG welding on carbon pipe.

Job description

Position: Pipe Fabricator Welder

Location: Wrexham

Start date: Immediate

Duration: 3-4 months

Hours: Mon‑Thurs 7am till 5pm, Fri 7am till 3pm + Weekend Overtime available

PAYE Pay Rate: £22.00/hr (including £2.37/hr Holiday Pay)

The Role

Due some recent major contract wins, our client is recruiting additional Pipe Fabricator Welders to join their busy workshops in Wrexham. Duties will include cutting, bending, grinding, fabricating carbon and stainless steel pipe, as well as TIG welding on stainless pipe and MIG welding on carbon pipe in multiple positions.
