A healthcare organization is looking for an organized and proactive administrative assistant to support the musculoskeletal physiotherapy service. You will manage patient appointments, assist the clinical team with diary organization, and ensure high-quality administrative support. Essential skills include proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, and solid customer service. Knowledge of physiotherapy is desirable, but training will be provided. This role highlights the importance of confidentiality and compliance with data protection policies.
We are seeking an organised and proactive administrative assistant to support the daily operations of the musculoskeletal physiotherapy service. This role would suit someone who enjoys working in a healthcare environment, has good communication and IT skills, and is committed to delivering high‑quality administrative support and customer service.
Knowledge and experience in using computer systems, including MS Office and Outlook, along with confident customer service skills are essential.
An understanding of physiotherapy and experience in using patient management systems such as SystmOne, EMIS, RIO or similar is desirable but full training will be provided for the successful candidate.
