An opportunity has arisen within the Acute Services physiotherapy team for a 12‑month secondment/fixed‑term position as a Physiotherapy Band 7 Team Lead. This is a full‑time post based at Warwick Hospital. This will be an ideal opportunity for someone who is considering a developmental opportunity into a Team Lead position, or for those who would like to further develop in both an operational and clinical capacity.
The service is seeking an expert physiotherapist who is passionate about providing effective, evidence‑based patient care and strong leadership within the medical physiotherapy team, providing clinical expertise in reducing patient deconditioning, frailty, cancer management and functional recovery. The successful applicant will be expected to inspire colleagues and enhance service quality, working closely with the other medical service Team Leads especially.
