Overview

Be responsible for your continuing professional development, actively participating in supervision, peer support and training and development programmes.

Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload including prioritisation and delegation of work to therapy assistants, performing patient assessments and making a clinical judgement of the patient’s needs.
  • Develop, implement, evaluate and modify patient treatment programmes ensuring relevant pathways of care are followed in partnership with the multi-disciplinary team with onward referral to other agencies as appropriate.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records complying with Trust policies and procedures, upholding statutory, Chartered Society of Physiotherapy, and HCPC standards and codes of professional conduct.
