Qualifications

• Registered Pharmacy Technician with knowledge of safety and best practices in primary care.
• Experience within a multidisciplinary team, preferably in a primary care pharmacy.
• Ability to communicate with health care professionals.

Responsibilities

• Provide pharmacy services across IHC hospitals and GP practices.
• Undertake medicines reconciliation and medication audits.
• Support structured medication reviews and quality improvement work.

Skills

Excellent knowledge of medicines optimisation

Outstanding interpretation skills

Good interpersonal skills

Ability to manage own workload

Education

Registration with General Pharmaceutical Council

NVQ Level 3 in pharmacy services
