A healthcare provider is seeking a Pharmacy Technician for a permanent position at HMP Featherstone, a prison in Wolverhampton. The role involves providing patient-centered care, maintaining patient records, and working within a multidisciplinary team. Ideal candidates will have prior pharmacy experience and be registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council. This full-time role offers a salary between £27,247 and £32,346 per year.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Pharmacy Technician to join our Pharmacy team at HMP Featherstone, a category C Prison located in Wolverhampton.
HMP Featherstone is a male prison with a population of 678 inmates; it is a training prison with a layout of 7 wings. You will be based in a team of 4 consisting of a Pharmacist, Pharmacy Technician and Pharmacy Assistants, with pharmacy hatches based in the central area and on the wings.

This role is a permanent 37.5 hours per week covering shifts Monday to Sunday: Monday to Friday 7.30am – 5.30pm; Weekends 8.30am – 5.30pm.
This position is full time. You will receive an annual salary between £27,247.00 and £32,346.00 per annum, depending on experience.
