A leading healthcare provider is looking for a full-time Pharmacy Technician to join their team at HMP Oakwood in Wolverhampton. This position offers a salary ranging from £29,264 to £33,510 per annum, focusing on delivering patient-centered care and ensuring effective medicines management. Candidates should have NVQ Level 3 or above and registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council. The role includes a structured rota and opportunities for career development and training.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Pharmacy Technician to join our Pharmacy team at HMP Oakwood, a category C prison located in Wolverhampton.
HMP Oakwood is one of the largest prisons in the UK, housing over 1,500 men. The Pharmacy Team consists of 10 Pharmacy Technicians and 2 Pharmacy Assistants. There are 3 main houseblocks, each with two dispensaries, and three smaller units with one dispensary each.
This is a full‑time position; the annual salary ranges from £29,264 to £33,510 per annum (furlough‑equivalent), and will be pro‑rota.
