Immediate Start | Temporary 6-Month Contract | Monday–Friday, 8:45am–5pm | £12.21/hr

Pharmacy Assistant is urgently required for Antrim Area Hospital. This temporary 6-month contract offers the possibility of extension depending on business needs and provides a great opportunity to gain experience in a busy hospital pharmacy environment.

What you’ll be doing:

• Receiving, checking, and shelving pharmacy items
• Accurately recording delivery documentation on the JAC system
• Preparing regular orders, managing stock rotation, and monitoring expiry dates
• Assembling and issuing daily ward orders

What we need from you:

• Experience assisting pharmacists or pharmacy technicians
• Experience using computer systems for stock management
• Understanding of pharmacy operations, stock management, and medication handling
