Location : Manchester

Reporting to : Senior Pharmacy Manager

Schedule : Monday to Friday 9 : 00 18 : 00

Salary : Competitive annual bonus

We currently supply over 9000 clinics with a full range of products (Skincare Injectables Energy‑based devices) and services (software & education) to support their 360 business needs. About the role

We are looking to secure a talented Pharmacist to work as part of our dynamic team meeting KPIs and assuring adherence to internal and external compliance standards. Good communication organisational skills and a flexible approach will be a priority as there will be close collaboration with senior management internal team members and external bodies. Knowledge of GDP and GMP requirements along with Pharmacy Hub experience will be preferable.

Requirements
  • GPhC Registered Pharmacist.
  • Must be able to work collaboratively and to develop strong positive working relationships.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent written verbal communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Team player.
  • Ability to prioritise and have a flexible approach to managing workload and tasks.
  • Maintains professional training and CPD requirements.
Responsibilities
  • Provides Pharmacist coverage as required.
  • Works closely with the Pharmacist Manager / Superintendent Pharmacist to deliver KPIs.
  • Deputises in relation to all licensed activities in the absence of the Senior Pharmacist Manager or as required.
  • Ensures compliance with regulations (GPhC GDP GMP) and guidelines relating to regulatory and professional bodies.
  • Involvement with inventory management layout and work flow so as to maximise accuracy sales and profit.
  • Attend meetings as required.
  • Develop personal skills and capability through on‑going training.
  • Where necessary demonstrating flexibility during the working week to travel between sites.
  • Managing a small team when required.
