A leading multidisciplinary fitness and rehabilitation team in London is seeking exceptional Personal Trainers / Exercise Physiologists to join their high-performance team. The Basics:
  • £40 per 60 minute session, invoiced monthly.
  • Complete flexibility – work as little or as much as you want, it's a about being part of the network.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high‑quality one‑to‑one personal training and rehabilitation sessions using evidence‑based practice.
  • Design and implement tailored training and corrective exercise programmes based on biomechanics, anatomy, and client‑specific needs.
  • Apply principles of MSK rehabilitation and corrective exercise within real‑world coaching environments.
  • Conduct detailed assessments, track progress, and adjust programmes accordingly.
  • Maintain accurate and professional client records, including progress notes and reports.
  • Collaborate closely with in‑house physiotherapists, clinical psychologists, massage therapists, and Pilates specialists.
  • Understand when and how to refer clients internally to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Contribute to a fully integrated, multidisciplinary approach to client care.
  • Develop and grow your client base through exceptional service, referrals, and professional networking.
  • Stay at the forefront of exercise science and the fitness industry through continuous learning and development.
The Person:
  • Qualified Personal Trainer and/or Exercise Physiologist.
  • Strong understanding of:
    • Biomechanics
    • Corrective Exercise
    • MSK Rehabilitation
    • Anatomy & Physiology
  • Ideally educated to degree level or holding specialist certifications.
  • Passionate about exercise science and high‑level coaching.
  • Highly detail‑oriented with excellent note‑taking and report‑writing skills.
  • A proactive learner with a commitment to continuous professional development.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional, driven, and client‑focused at all times.
  • Naturally motivated to grow a thriving client base through outstanding results and relationships.
  • Able to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
