PERSONAL INJURY SOLICITOR – NEWLY QUALIFIED, GREATER MANCHESTER

Up to C£36,000 + generous bonus/commission scheme, 50% hybrid working, additional day holiday for your birthday, PMI, firmwide social and sports events. Job ref: MD2126. The appointed Personal Injury Solicitor will be managing their own caseload of litigated fast‑track PI matters on behalf of claimant clients.

Key responsibilities
  • This Top 200 law firm handles the full range of PI claims including public liability, occupier’s liability, road traffic accidents, employer’s liability, industrial disease, serious injuries and clinical negligence matters.
  • Successive team members are keen to recruit recently qualified Solicitors who have at least a 6‑month seat in personal injury litigation and can demonstrate a thorough understanding of the full litigation process.
Key qualifications
  • Experience in at least one of RTA, Employers Liability, Public Liability or Occupiers’ Liability is essential.
  • Recently qualified Solicitors with at least a 6‑month seat in personal injury litigation.
  • Demonstrates thorough understanding of the full litigation process.
