The Personal Injury Paralegal's role

The Personal Injury Paralegal will work alongside experienced partners and solicitors on complex and high‑value personal injury cases. Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting senior fee earners with their caseloads from instruction through to settlement
• Managing a small caseload (depending on experience) under supervision
• Drafting legal documents and correspondence
• Reviewing medical evidence and reports
• Liaising with clients, witnesses, and third parties
• Translating and interpreting for Romanian‑speaking clients
• Maintaining accurate case records and using the firm's case management systems

This role requires a high level of accuracy, professionalism, and the ability to handle sensitive matters confidently.

Requirements

• Fluency in both Romanian and English (spoken and written)
• A law degree or equivalent legal qualification
• Previous experience as a paralegal (ideally in personal injury, though other areas may be considered)
• Strong IT skills and proficiency with case management systems
