Job Title: Personal Injury Litigator (Solicitor or Fee-Earning Paralegal)

Location: Speke Liverpool

Salary: Up to 40000 (subject to 3-month probation review)

Working Pattern: Office-based initially with hybrid working post-probation

Are you an experienced Personal Injury litigator looking to join a reputable GMB Union panel firm

Im currently working closely with a well-regarded national law firm based in Speke Liverpool as they look to grow their litigation team with the addition of a Personal Injury Solicitor or an experienced Fee-Earning Paralegal.

This opportunity offers the chance to work within a supportive union-backed environment handling a caseload of 8090 fast-track litigated personal injury files primarily EL / PL and RTA claims.

The Role
  • Managing a caseload of 80-90 fast-track personal injury litigation files from issue through to settlement or trial.
  • Cases will include a mix of Employers Liability (EL), Public Liability (PL) and Road Traffic Accidents (RTA).
  • You’ll work in a close-knit team that is highly regarded for its union-backed work and commitment to client care.
  • You’ll initially be office-based during a 3-month probation period after which a hybrid working pattern will be introduced.
Ideal Candidate
  • Qualified Solicitor (12 years PQE) with demonstrable experience in personal injury litigation
  • or Fee-Earning Paralegal with a proven ability to run your own fast-track litigated caseload
  • Strong understanding of the CPR liability arguments and effective case progression strategies
  • Excellent file management skills and the ability to handle volume caseloads while maintaining quality and compliance
  • Regulatory qualifications and compliance awareness are essential due to the nature of the work and union affiliation
  • A confident litigator who can work autonomously and drive cases forward efficiently
