Job summary

A reputed law firm in Lancashire is seeking a Personal Injury Fee Earner to join their established PI team. In this role, you will manage a caseload involving Employer's and Public Liability matters, progressing cases through to settlement, including necessary litigation. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in EL/PL and litigation, with excellent technical ability. A bonus scheme is offered for strong performance within the firm.

About the Firm

We are delighted to be supporting a well-established and highly respected law firm on the Fylde Coast, known for delivering exceptional client service and building long-standing relationships within the local community.

The Opportunity

Miller Grace are partnering with this firm to recruit a Personal Injury Fee Earner to join their established PI team based in Blackpool.

In this role, you will manage your own caseload of Employer's Liability and Public Liability matters that have exited the MOJ portal, progressing files through to settlement, including litigation where required. You'll communicate effectively with all parties and provide clear, confident advice to clients throughout the process.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years' EL/PL experience
• At least 2 years' litigation experience
• Excellent technical ability
• Experience with Proclaim is advantageous but not essential

RTA litigators seeking to broaden their experience into EL/PL are also encouraged to apply.
