Gentleman with downes syndrome able to walk but non verbal. Needs support with everyday activities including personal care, cooking, house cleaning. Looking for someone to motivate gentleman to go out and take part in social activities. The hours are worked over a 4 week rota as follows: week 1 17.5 hours plus 1 sleep; week 2 22 hours plus 2 sleeps; week 3 no hours; week 4 same as week 1; average hours per week 9.87.
