Job description

Audi are recruiting for an experienced Personal Assistant on a full time, permanent basis to support the Director of Audi.

In this busy and varied role, you'll be managing multiple tasks and providing outstanding day to day administrative support on everything from meeting preparation, business update planning, travel arrangements and will be key in steering the SLT on action points from meetings. You will work closely with the PA and Admin community and support the Director of Audi UK on priority topics resulting from VWGUK BOM, CIO EU5 Steering and EU5 Competence Centres.

Skills & experience you can bring to the role:
  • Experience at supporting at board level and liaising with senior leaders within the UK and internationally, on a regular basis.
  • Excellent organisation skills and able to effectively prioritise, screen forward.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills along with good attention to detail – ability to produce reports, letters, presentations and other documentation to a high standard.
  • Previous experience of using KSRM (or similar system) and keeping track of the financials would be beneficial.
  • Ability to work autonomously and commercially whilst operating with discretion.
