Role

Six hours per week on one day to be agreed with PA.

Responsibilities

• Support to access the community and recreational activities.
• Support with travel training.
• Support to develop daily living skills, like food and clothes shopping, budgeting, cooking healthy meals, baking, cleaning.
• The PA will drive the client's mobility vehicle.

Client

• Main Diagnosis: Autism spectrum condition. The client does not understand personal space and has limited social skills.
• Pets: None
• Communication: No communication barriers
• Client Enjoys: Baking and writing stories
