We are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and discreet Personal Assistant (PA) to provide comprehensive support to our Managing Director. This pivotal role is central to ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the MD's office. The successful candidate will act as the primary point of contact, managing communications, schedules, and sensitive information with professionalism and confidence.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the MD's diary and daily schedule, including arranging meetings and coordinating complex travel arrangements.
  • Handle all correspondence; draft and prepare documents, reports, and presentations to a high standard.
  • Organise meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and monitor follow-up actions.
  • Build effective relationships and liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders on behalf of the MD.
  • Provide project and research support, including data collection and report preparation where required.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality at all times and act as a trusted representative of the MD.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience as a PA or Executive Assistant supporting senior leadership.
  • Exceptional organisational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise competing demands.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Experience within Education, Healthcare, Charity, etc.
  • Knowledge of project management software or CRM systems.
