Overview

We are seeking a Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive, confidential and proactive support to our Managing Director, Retail. You will be a natural organiser and problem‑solver, acting as a key point of coordination across the business. With a calm, professional approach, you’ll manage complex schedules, communications and logistics while building strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.

Responsibilities
  • Own and manage the Managing Director’s diary, coordinating meetings and commitments across multiple time zones.
  • Proactively manage inboxes, prioritising correspondence and responding or drafting communications on behalf of the MD where appropriate.
  • Act as a professional first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling all interactions with discretion and confidence.
  • Manage travel bookings and administration for key events, including fashion weeks, evening events and business travel.
  • Coordinate all domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation and detailed itineraries.
  • Process expenses, invoices and payments, ensuring accurate record‑keeping and timely submissions.
  • Support onboarding administration for new starters, contractors and consultants, including contracts and documentation.
  • Organise internal and external meetings, events and appointments, managing logistics and room bookings.
  • Build strong relationships across internal teams, suppliers and external partners.
About You
  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant supporting a Senior Executive in a creative industry.
  • Strong diary, inbox and travel management experience.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • High level of discretion and experience handling confidential information.
  • Clear and professional communication skills.
  • Proactive approach with strong problem‑solving capability.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Experience coordinating international travel and working across time zones.
  • Familiarity with expense management and basic financial administration.
