A recruitment agency is seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to support a senior Managing Director within a blue-collar business unit. This role involves managing a complex diary, preparing high-quality documents, and coordinating international travel. Candidates should have at least 3 years of relevant experience and be willing to travel to Warwickshire or Leicestershire. A hybrid working model may apply depending on the Managing Director's needs.

I would love to talk to any Personal Assistant's and Executive Assistant's who have experience supporting a senior leadership team within a blue-collar environment.
One based in Leicestershire and the other in Warwickshire (East Midlands), both with an element of hybrid working dependant on the dependant from the MD.
Act as the sole PA support within a growing business unit supporting a senior Managing Director and wider leadership team.
Manage a highly complex diary, balancing competing priorities and acting as a trusted gatekeeper for calls, meetings and requests.
Prepare high-quality documents, presentations and briefing packs, using various platforms.
Take ownership of meeting preparation and governance - agendas, pre-reads, minute taking, actions and follow-ups to ensure delivery.
Coordinate international travel and logistics (primarily Europe) and support regular weekly, monthly and quarterly meetings.
