The attention given to the crafting of each piece, the quality of materials, and the sense of detail form the pillars of its expertise.

Supported by remarkable longevity and growing popularity, our Maison sets ambitious goals while preserving the distinctive identity established by its eponymous founder.

Claudie Pierlot is now B Corp certified. Aware of our responsibility as a player in the textile industry, we have been implementing a range of initiatives for several years to sustainably transform our production and operations, promoting a more responsible fashion industry.

  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize results: sales, productivity, inventory, staffing.
  • Oversee action plans following store visits.
  • Manage sales and store management teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience and a positive team environment.
  • Track talent and collaborate with headquarters to define development and retention plans.
  • Implement and enforce visual merchandising guidelines to ensure a consistent brand image across all stores.
  • Coordinate with headquarters to align regional strategies with the company’s overall goals and the Commercial Department objectives.
  • Support store openings, relocations, and renovations.
  • Uphold and promote the values of Maison Claudie Pierlot.

  • Natural leadership, commercial acumen, and a taste for challenges.
