Overview

Performance Sales Lead - £80k - £90k + 50% comms + benefits - Digital Advertising Platform

The Company

My client is a high attention digital advertising platform that reaching a huge audience across display, video, high impact and rich media formats.

The business has been trading for nearly 6 years and have trading deals in place across all agency holding groups, with an amazing name in the industry.

They are looking for a Performance Sales Specialist, an integral role in shaping the direction of their new lower funnel offering, working with performance agencies, affiliates and clients directly.

The Job
  • Actively sell into performance agencies, affiliates, clients and media agencies across the UK and grow existing business from within agencies, as well as unlock new business opportunities
  • Worked directly with the CEO and CRO to shape the direction of their performance offering
  • Sell digital advertising solutions and drive performance conversions and lower funnel revenue across performance metrics like CPC, CPA, CPL etc.
  • Be responsible for owning all conversations across performance and evangelising their performance product in market.
  • Be the face of an industry-leading digital platform specialised in premium media, which is undergoing hypergrowth and aims to double headcount by the end of this year
You
  • At least 5+ years in the performance media space
  • Must have a strong background in performance / lower funnel advertising sales
  • I.e. background and strong history in performance / performance marketing / affiliates / performance metrics (CPA, CPC, CPL etc.)
  • Knowledge and contacts across affiliate networks and/or performance agencies/clients is a huge bonus
  • You may have experience at companies like Taboola, Outbrain, Rokt etc. who have a performance driven sell. Or affiliate networks like AWIN, Tradedoubler, Webgains, Rakuten Advertising and so on… or anything similar.
