We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to take full ownership of our paid acquisition efforts. You’ll manage and scale campaigns across all major platforms, analyze performance, and work closely with internal and external teams to drive measurable growth.
Location:
This is a fully remote position. We’re hiring candidates from Europe, UK and Canada
What You’ll Do:
- Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, Bing, X, and other platforms
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, delivering weekly reports with actionable insights
- Ensure accurate tracking and attribution using pixels, UTM parameters, and analytics tools
- Collaborate with agencies on creative direction, targeting, budget allocation, and strategy
- Proactively identify new growth opportunities, run experiments, and test new channels
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns
- Proven experience working with six-figure monthly budgets
- Deep knowledge of tracking, attribution models, and UTM structures
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to connect data to business outcomes
- Previous experience in B2B SaaS marketing is a big plus
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
