A global consulting firm in the UK is seeking a Lead Coach in their Perform Center of Excellence for a 12-month fixed term. This role involves leading projects to deploy operational excellence techniques, coaching junior team members, and managing stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Lean Six Sigma and demonstrated experience in driving organizational change. The Perform CoE is a dedicated internal capability working across our Business Solutions functions to drive the adoption of operational excellence tools create high-performing teams and become a continuously improving organisation. Created in 2022 the team runs a number of programmes that transform how we deliver including leading the deployment of Perform Plus internally.
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Manager to take on the role of Lead Coach within the Perform CoE for an initial 12 months fulfilling maternity cover for the current role holder. This position is well-suited for individuals with experience in deploying operational excellence tools and techniques to people in operations or shared service centre environments particularly those with detailed knowledge of the Perform Plus methodology however we welcome applications from varied backgrounds as the right candidate may be able to demonstrate relevant experience gained elsewhere. This role is an fixed term position with a preferred start date of 1st January 2026.
The coaches in our Perform CoE work on a variety of projects with stakeholders from across Business Solutions - and the Lead Coach role is key to overseeing the work of the other coaches and helping them develop. The size of the coaching team can vary but the Lead Coach should be able to demonstrate comfort in managing a team of 4-6 Associates and Senior Associates in executing projects.
