A leading customer analytics firm in Greater London seeks a People & Office Administrator to support HR functions and enhance employee experiences. The role involves maintaining employee records, facilitating recruitment, and incorporating AI tools for efficiency. Ideal candidates should possess strong organizational skills and proficiency in generative AI. The position offers flexible work arrangements with the opportunity to impact the firm's growth.
Recognised by the Financial Times as one of the FT1000 Fast Growing Companies in Europe (2022–2024), and winners of both Analytics Company of the Year 2025 and AI Company of the Year 2024 at the British Data Awards, Intent HQ is a leader and innovator in Customer AI Analytics and Data Science. Backed by strong investors and trusted by a blue‑chip international enterprise customer base, our mission is to become the world’s preeminent Customer Intent Engine by combining privacy‑first signal intelligence, proprietary behavioural AI/ML analytics, and uniquely accessible enterprise insights into a single platform that enables organisations to build more genuine, sustainable, and profitable relationships with customers.
We began by solving complex challenges for clients in the telecommunications sector, including Verizon, O2, and Orange, and have since expanded into Financial Services, Retail, and Social Media, with clients such as HB Reavis and Zurich Group. Our clients typically manage tens of millions of customers and process billions of interactions daily. Our platform is purpose‑built to handle data at this enormous scale efficiently, delivering tangible results.
What sets us apart is our focus on deep customer interaction data, doing the hard, specialised work so our clients can focus on applying insight to their business strategies.
Today, Intent HQ is home to an exciting, diverse, and fast‑growing team of 100+ people across London, Barcelona, Lisbon, Tel Aviv, New York, South Africa & India, collectively speaking over 15 languages.
We are seeking a highly organised and detail‑oriented People & Office Administrator with practical experience using AI tools and a strong interest in emerging generative AI technologies. You enjoy working within well‑defined processes, using checklists and systems to ensure accuracy and consistency. Joining our busy London‑based team, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the People function.
In this varied and fast‑paced role, you will provide comprehensive administrative support across the People Team, including general HR administration, recruitment coordination, candidate support, and maintaining compliance with our policies and procedures. You will act as a first point of contact for employees and managers, offering initial guidance and directing queries appropriately.
A core element of the role will involve using AI‑enhanced tools to streamline People processes, improve documentation, and support data accuracy — as well as contributing ideas for how generative AI can be used to improve workflow efficiency and employee experience.
The position also has responsibility for the London Office Experience, helping to ensure a welcoming, well‑run working environment for all colleagues and visitors.
This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our organisation and support the growth and development of our employees whilst accelerating your own career in a fast‑paced, cutting‑edge, technology organisation. The People team is a collaborative, supportive and professional team and we are looking for a like‑minded individual to add to our mix! If you are a motivated and proactive team player with a passion for People administration and ensuring employees have a great working experience, we’d love to hear from you.
Guidance and training on the above will be provided to you where necessary.
Working for Intent HQ, you have the opportunity to work with cutting edge technology in an environment where you are encouraged to think and act outside traditional methods. We are a growing business with a flat structure meaning everyone is visible and able to make an impact, not just in their own role, but across the business on a daily basis. We promote a collaborative, innovative and sociable culture, oriented towards performance and competitive advantage. Our DNA is made up of flexibility to all staff with a family friendly approach and focus on personal development. We have high expectations and pride ourselves on our cultural standards.
