The ideal candidate will have HR experience, strong organisational skills, and be proficient in HRIS systems and MS Office. You will collaborate with various HR teams to ensure smooth processes and data accuracy. This role offers flexibility with one day a week in-office and remote work options.

As People Support Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in delivering a seamless employee experience across the full lifecycle — from onboarding through to offboarding. You’ll work closely with colleagues across HR to ensure processes run smoothly, data is accurate, and every employee interaction reflects the company’s values.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a supportive, team-focused environment and wants to continue building a career in HR. You will work one day a week in a city centre Glasgow office and have experience from working in a shared service centre. We have 2 x 6 month FTCs available and ideally looking for candidates who can start immediately.
