We’re offering an exciting opportunity to step into a pivotal role within our People Partnering team for Insurance, Pensions & Investments (IP&ampבוצI). As a commercially minded and forward-thinking People Partner, you’ll work in true partnership with senior executive leaders to influence strategy, shape culture and enable high performing, inclusive teams across a business central to the Group’s growth agenda.

You’ll span the full colleague lifecycle, applying commercial insight and strategic thinking to areas such as workforce planning, organisational design, talent strategy, reward, culture, and inclusion. You’ll cut through complexity to deliver simple, effective solutions; hold yourself and others to account and create the conditions for teams to perform at their best.

  • Collaborate with Centres of Excellence to deliver joined‑up solutions.
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion, ensuring fair and consistent practices.
  • Support governance, risk, and regulatory requirements in line with LBG policies and controls.
