A leading football club in Greater London is seeking a People Partner to enhance organizational culture and drive employee engagement. In this role, you will provide strategic guidance and hands-on support, aiming to create exceptional experiences for all staff. Responsibilities include developing people policies, supporting managers with HR tasks, and advocating for equality, diversity, and inclusion. Ideal candidates will have relevant experience, and a CIPD Level 5 qualification is preferred. This is a full-time position, and salary is £62,500 per annum.

In this role youll act as a trusted partner to leaders across the Club providing both strategic guidance and hands‑on support to create exceptional people experiences. Youll play a key role in delivering our People Strategy building capability driving engagement and ensuring our culture and values are at the centre of every decision.
Youll partner with your business areas to understand their goals anticipate future needs and develop practical people solutions that make a real impact. From workforce planning and development to engagement and inclusion youll help ensure that Brentford FC remains a progressive supportive and high‑performing place to work.
