Responsibilities

• Provide HR advice across absence, flexible working and family leave.
• Maintain accurate HR records and documentation.
• Prepare contracts and manage employee changes.
• Lead onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Administer employee benefits and ensure GDPR compliance.
• Support monthly payroll.
• Oversee internal reward and recognition programmes.
• Manage recruitment processes, including role advertising and interview coordination.
• Support delivery of performance management cycles.
