Job summary

A leading recruitment agency in Bolton is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to support the full employee lifecycle and manage recruitment activities. The role includes leading onboarding processes, maintaining employee records, and coordinating training initiatives. Ideal candidates will have strong communication and organisational skills, along with a CIPD Level 3 qualification or equivalent. Qualifications

  • Currently in an HR Advisor, Assistant, or Administrator role.
  • Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proactive, self-motivated with a keen desire to learn.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • Lead onboarding for new starters.
  • Maintain accurate employee records.
  • Coordinate training and development activities.
  • Perform day-to-day HR administration.
  • Assist in implementing HR policies.
  • Promote a positive workplace culture.
  • Monitor Apprentices throughout their programmes.
  • Act as primary contact for HR system queries.
  • Identify and escalate potential HR issues.
  • Contribute to HR projects and tasks.
