Spanning two locations at our London village in Kings Cross plus our Surrey location in picturesque Thames Ditton. You will gain an insight into the different health agencies and what their needs are.

You will gain an insight into the different health agencies and what their needs are.

We are looking for a Platformer with:

  • A genuine interest in People Development or Learning

On the 6 month programme, you’ll be involved in:

Career Starter Programme

  • Supporting the People Development Partner in running a new cohort of career starters and supporting those already on the programme
  • Day-to-day management of logistics and planning development days including maintaining a SharePoint site and managing Teams resources

Career Paths

  • Supporting the PDP in managing various working groups across the Health network to build cohesive pathways and navigate agency differences.
  • Build materials in SharePoint and maintain the site

Learning Directory

  • Assist in the maintenance of a digital site with launch to agency network.

People Development

  • Support the Partner in all day-to-day enquiries including inbox management
  • Gain insight into learning builds and delivery with an opportunity to build own confidence and develop your skills in facilitation.

We work in a hybrid working model – in office and remotely on a 60/40 basis

Office Location: Ferry Works, Annecy Court, Summer Rd, Thames Ditton KT7 0QJ for ONE day.
