About the Role

We’re looking for a detail-driven and proactive People Coordinator to join our Group People Operations team. In this fast-paced role, you’ll support the full employee lifecycle, help keep our HR running smoothly, and make sure our people have a great experience from day one. You’ll work closely with the People Operations Manager and wider People team to deliver accurate, timely, and confident support across onboarding, admin, systems, reporting, and employee queries.

This is an urgent requirement so you must be available to start immediately.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, internal changes, and leaver administration.
  • Generate employment-related documents such as contracts, offer letters, confirmations, amendments, and references, including bulk letter creation when needed.
  • Maintain and update HR systems and internal databases, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance.
  • Support monthly payroll administration by preparing and validating changes, resolving discrepancies, and keeping data ready for submission.
  • Conduct regular data checks and support or lead data cleansing projects across HR systems and personnel files.
  • Maintain digital employee files with a high standard of confidentiality and audit readiness.
  • Prepare routine people reports, trackers, and datasets, and support ad hoc reporting requests.
  • Act as the first point of contact for People Operations queries via email, Slack, and internal channels.
  • Manage the People inbox, prioritising queries effectively and escalating when needed.
  • Support People Operations improvement initiatives, including updating templates, refining workflows, and improving documentation.
  • Contribute to onboarding, systems, reporting, policy, and operational efficiency projects.
About you
  • Some previous experience as a People Coordinator, HR Administrator, or in a similar People Operations role.
  • Able to hit the ground running in a busy, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail, organisation, and accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience supporting onboarding, document generation, and HR system updates.
  • Experience with payroll administration or preparing monthly payroll changes.
  • Proficient with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Able to balance multiple tasks and deadlines at once.
  • Proactive, solutions-focused, and confident working independently.
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Experience with HRIS platforms such as Namely, Workday, BambooHR, or HiBob is highly desirable
  • Experience with data cleansing or HR systems improvement projects is highly desirable
  • Experience with reporting/analytics and tools like Slack is highly desirable
