Job Type: Full Time 37.5 hours a week

About the job

As a People Business Partner, you’ll be a strategic advisor and trusted partner to our leaders and teams across the business. You’ll help shape and execute our people strategy as we scale, ensuring we build a high-performing, inclusive, and values-driven culture. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution across talent, performance, engagement, and organisational development.

The role and responsibilities
Strategic Partnership
  • Partner with functional leaders to align people initiatives with business goals.
  • Provide coaching and guidance on leadership, team dynamics, talent, culture and organisational design.
  • Use data and insights to influence decisions and drive continuous improvement.
Talent & Performance
  • Support workforce planning, budgeting and succession strategies.
  • Support the identification of high performers, top talent, critical roles and support retention and development initiatives
  • Drive performance enablement processes, including goal setting, PDPs, feedback, and reviews.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to ensure scalable hiring and development.
  • Advises on reward decisions in line with the reward strategy
Culture & Engagement
  • Champion our culture code and embed into daily practices.
  • Lead engagement initiatives and action planning based on employee feedback and eNPS.
  • Support DEI efforts and inclusive practices across teams.
Change & Growth Enablement
  • Support change management initiatives as we scale and evolve.
  • Help teams navigate organisational transitions, restructures, and new ways of working.
  • Facilitate leadership & people manager offsites, team workshops, and strategic planning sessions as well as ad hoc strategic people projects
Required Experience
  • SaaS experience in a scale up environment highly advantageous.
  • Experience partnering Tech / Engineering teams.
  • Proven ability to influence and build trust with senior stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of scaling challenges in high-growth companies.
  • Experience with performance management, employee relations, and organisational development.
  • Data-driven mindset with comfort using people analytics to inform decisions.
  • Exceptional communication, coaching, conflict resolution and facilitation skills.
  • High learning agility, pragmatism and emotional intelligence.
  • Passion for building inclusive, high-performing cultures.
