Job description

Location: Hybrid - 2/3 days onsite at our Support Office in Alcester (with travel across division) & home working, As a People Business Partner, you'll lead the people strategy for your division, partnering with senior leaders to drive performance, engagement, and cultural change. You'll be at the heart of shaping an extraordinary colleague experience-because when our people thrive, so do the communities we serve.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with divisional leadership to deliver workforce planning, talent, succession, and engagement strategies.
  • Analyse people and business data to identify trends and inform decision-making.
  • Collaborate with central People teams to implement frameworks, policies, and initiatives.
  • Coach senior leaders to build capability and drive positive change.
  • Lead high-risk ER cases and manage key people risks.
  • Support recruitment and onboarding for senior operational roles.
  • Champion continuous improvement and best practice across the division.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a strategic People Partner in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver at pace.
  • CIPD qualification (or equivalent) and willingness to travel.
  • Solutions-focused, innovative mindset.
  • Experience in care or similar sectors, coaching qualification, and project management expertise.
