  • Management of People files ensuring data is always compliant, accurate and up‑to‑date
  • Preparation, distribution and organisation of all employee documents including contracts and amendments
  • Assist with recruitment: posting openings, scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, and phone screening for junior roles

  • Arrange gifts for work anniversaries and new‑baby celebrations
  • Coordinate social events including travel and accommodation for the annual conference
  • Conduct feedback sessions, check‑ins with new joiners and exit interviews
  • Become an expert in our core values and help embed them in hiring and culture

Our ideal candidate demonstrates behaviours aligned with our core values: approachable, optimistic, solutions‑oriented, collaborative, continuous improvers, curious, innovative.

  • Experience with fundamentals of HR and the employee lifecycle, preferably CIPD Level 3 or prior HR/People teams
  • Tech‑savvy: prior experience working with a HRIS
  • Organised: can identify urgent vs important tasks and manage time effectively
  • Detail‑oriented: ensures accurate documentation
  • Creative: comfortable suggesting operational efficiencies
  • Action‑oriented: thrives in a fast‑paced, remote environment with almost 350 employees; able to work independently and stay motivated
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
