A leading mental health charity in the UK seeks a People and Culture Manager to provide HR strategic and operational support. This role involves managing HR compliance, resolving complex cases, and fostering an inclusive workplace. The ideal candidate will have significant HR experience, knowledge of employment law, and excellent communication skills. Touchstone Pay Structure (2024) points 32-35, ranging from £41,926 - £45,158 pa, 37 hours per week.

This role is an exciting opportunity which involves working at an HR strategic and operational level to support Touchstone and its services to meet their objectives, and have a culture of high performance and inclusion where all colleagues thrive at work through the development and delivery of People and Culture plans. The postholder will be required to lead and manage HR compliance, including dealing with complex cases and provide comprehensive and confidential support and advice to Managers and staff.
You will need to have significant experience in HR and employment law including dealing with complex cases, excellent verbal and written communication skills, be able to effectively engage staff at all levels, and be committed to respecting diversity and anti‑discriminatory practices.
