Job summary

A leading HR consultancy in the UK is seeking an experienced People Advisor to support several sites. This role involves delivering the people plan, coaching managers, and managing day-to-day HR initiatives. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of UK employment law and experience in a fast-paced environment, as well as excellent coaching and relationship-building skills. This is an immediate temporary position for someone ready to make a quick impact.

What you’ll do
  • Deliver the people plan and support change activity

  • Analyse people metrics and spot trends
  • Support projects and change activity
  • Advise on ER cases, including complex matters and settlements
  • Ensure compliance with employment law and GDPR
What you’ll bring
  • Experience as a People Advisor / HR Advisor
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law
  • Multi-site or fast-paced environment experience (retail ideal)
  • CIPD Level 5 or working towards (or equivalent)
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Confident, resilient, able to challenge respectfully
  • Strong coaching, influencing and relationship-building skills
