This role is an exciting, fast-paced role offer exceptional career development opportunities. Due to the nature of this sector, the role is fully office based.

Job Description

Reporting to a People Manager and working alongside a People Team, the role of People Advisor is a busy and fast-paced role supporting a range of people matters at this busy manufacturing site.

Duties will include:

  • Provide commercial HR advice and guidance to management on policies and procedures
  • Advise on a wide range of employee relations matters, including performance management, disciplinary processes, and grievances.
  • Collaborate with the wider HR team to deliver HR projects and initiatives as and when required
  • Monitor and analyse HR metrics to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Support with delivery of the People Strategy
  • Act as a first point of contact for HR queries, providing timely and accurate advice.
  • Play an active part in encouraging diversity and respectful inclusive behaviours.

Ideal applicants for this role will have a proven background in a similar position. You will be confident at dealing with a wide range of employee relations cases.
