Songtradr’s People team is globally distributed and deeply embedded across the organization. We partner closely with leaders and teams to create scalable people systems and practices that support high performance, growth, and alignment with our values. This role sits within the People Operations group, working closely with the People Partnering and Talent and Development teams to support the overall success of the People team.
The People Administrator is a key operational role supporting systems, documentation, and processes that keep Songtradr’s People function running smoothly. The role focuses on process execution, data accuracy, and administrative support across the employee lifecycle—onboarding, offboarding, benefits, payroll, policy management and compliance—while collaborating with teams globally to ensure alignment.
This position supports both full‑time employees and contractors, maintains templates and internal documentation, and plays a central role in identifying process improvements and driving implementation with a service‑oriented mindset. The scope includes responsibilities across global territories.
