Job description

We're looking for a Pensions Data Analyst who wants to make a real impact on projects that matter. In this role, you'll use SQL, powerful in-house tools, and your analytical mindset to uncover insights, resolve data mysteries, and drive accurate, meaningful outcomes for pension scheme members across the UK.

What you'll be doing
  • Diving into pensions, payroll and annuity data using SQL and our bespoke eDAaRT tool.
  • Investigating errors, spotting patterns, and presenting clear, confident findings.
  • Working with expert stakeholders to bridge data gaps and build assumptions that hold up under scrutiny.
  • Playing a key role in GMP rectification & equalisation - identifying members in scope, running bulk calculations and ensuring accuracy every step of the way.
  • Producing high-quality specs, reports and calculation proformas that shape client decisions.
  • Testing configurations, validating results, and troubleshooting issues with a meticulous eye.
  • Automating data-cleansing routines and improving templates and processes for future projects.
  • Acting as a peer reviewer and trusted guardian of quality, risk and compliance (ISO 9001 / 27001).
