  • Pay Rates: £15.68 PAYE / £20.34 Umbrella

The Role

As a Pensions Administrator, you will provide essential administrative support for the benefits processing function. You will be responsible for handling high volumes of documentation, managing enquiries, and ensuring accurate data entry across multiple IT systems. This role is central to maintaining the smooth operation of the pensions service during a period of maternity/paternity leave cover.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support for the pensions benefits processing function.
  • Handle high volumes of incoming post, emails, and documentation.
  • Act as the first point of contact on a busy telephone line, responding to queries from the public and professionals.
  • Scan, index, and manage documents across multiple IT systems.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Deliver excellent customer service, resolving queries efficiently and professionally.
