This is a hybrid role offering remote flexibility alongside on-site collaboration with a high-profile client operating at the core of international banking and payments.

Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis across PEGA workflow implementations
• Map and optimise SAP OTC processes for automation and integration
• Translate business needs into functional specs and user stories
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops, UAT, and solution reviews

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a PEGA Business Analyst in enterprise settings
• Strong understanding of SAP OTC flows and integration points

• Familiarity with Agile delivery and Jira/Confluence tools
