Job summary

A regional children’s support organization is seeking a Peer Support Supervisor to enhance family support services. This role involves providing expert supervision, guidance, and training to professionals to ensure effective child welfare practices. Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate monthly family-level supervision sessions for education and multi-agency partners.
  • Provide expert advice and practical support, ensuring effective early help.
  • Support colleagues in leading Team Around the Family meetings.
  • Deliver training sessions on thresholds and lead professional responsibilities.
  • Promote collaborative working across the Family Help system.
  • Contribute to quality assurance and impact analysis for positive outcomes.
