Within our PDI (Pre‑Delivery Inspection) workshop, the scope of work ranges from standard vehicle checks to rectifying mechanical and electrical faults. About The Role

The Pre‑Delivery Inspection (PDI) Department is responsible for the preparation of new vehicles for key manufacturing clients, including Jaguar Land Rover, Ford, Hyundai and Nissan. Our role is to provide peace of mind to our customers by ensuring that all vehicles meet the highest brand standards both mechanically and cosmetically in line with manufacturer guidelines.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Deliver high‑quality work within set deadlines by managing your own workload effectively, focusing on efficiency and task prioritisation.
  • Coordinate the administrative processes for vehicle preparation checks ahead of completion by trained technicians.
  • Liaise with the Front of House Team to prioritise vehicle preparation tasks based on operational needs.
  • Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, courtesy, and integrity when interacting with colleagues, customers, and partners.
  • Ensure PDI Centre administration is fully compliant with internal policies and external brand requirements.
  • Accurately record and maintain up‑to‑date vehicle data in relevant systems.
  • Embrace continuous learning and development to stay current with evolving vehicle products and market trends.
  • Work collaboratively within a team to successfully meet departmental objectives and service delivery targets.
  • Demonstrate strong time management and organisational skills, working effectively under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
  • Assign tasks to workshop teams, providing clear direction and support to relevant departments.
  • Offer guidance and assistance across business areas when required, ensuring consistent service delivery.
Qualifications
