A reputable payroll service provider based in Cardiff is seeking a Payroll Officer to manage client payroll processing and resolve related queries. The ideal candidate will have experience in payroll within a bureau or accounting firm and possess strong communication skills. Qualifications

  • Ability to effectively communicate with colleagues and clients.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of statutory payroll requirements (SSP, SMP, SPP, PAYE & NIC).
  • Experience in payroll processing within a bureau or accountancy firm.

Responsibilities

  • Process and complete regular client payrolls across various sectors.
  • Reconcile HMRC accounts and handle queries with clients.
  • Manage payroll data adjustments and deadlines.
