Overview

Bring with you both a team and customer focused approach. You will be working in a fast paced environment and report to the Payroll Hub Leader as part of the payroll outsourcing team which provides services to approx. 2000 clients. Our clients vary in size, complexity, frequency and industry, so there is always something new to learn. You will have a full understanding of UK payroll legislation and be comfortable and composed working under pressure. You will be a strong team player who supports your dedicated payroll portfolio by achieving the highest level of service delivery to our customers.

Responsibilities
  • Complete customer tasks as scheduled, including all aspects of running payroll.
  • Comply with standard procedures to ensure the highest levels of accuracy.
  • Work with dedicated customers on issues encountered by either party.
  • Ensure all KPI and SLA targets are achieved.
  • Seek and implement process improvements where appropriate.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 2 years payroll experience within a Payroll Bureau or In-House team.
  • Numerate with a keen eye for detail.
  • Calm and balanced approach at all times.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to take ownership and manage customer accounts.
  • Ability to take initiative and work within a fast-paced dynamic team in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Good Microsoft Office skills.
