Juice Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a well-established organisation, with the appointment of a Payroll Executive to join their operations team.

This business are going through such an exciting period of growth in the new year and have also just moved into brand new, modern offices in Central Bristol, offering a roof terrace, gym facilities and onsite café. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-driven individual who enjoys working with numbers and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Preparing and running high-volume payrolls accurately and within strict deadlines
  • Managing data entry, raising invoices and submitting timesheets
  • Processing expense claims in line with compliance procedures
  • Handling Auto-Enrolment Workplace and Private Pension queries
  • Preparing payroll reports and payslips for contractors
  • Assisting with payroll queries, e.g. PAYE deductions (Tax, NI, Student Loan)
  • Providing high-quality customer service via phone, email and webchat
WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE:
  • 1-2 years payroll experience or similar role
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
  • Experience working to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
  • A customer-focused mindset and professional manner
AND FOR YOU:
  • Hybrid working available following probation (3 office / 2 home)
  • Monday – Friday, 37.5 hours per week
  • 22 days holiday plus bank holidays, increasing to 25 days with service
  • Full training and ongoing development opportunities
