This is a unique opportunity to join an absolute AI unicorn at a time of hypergrowth!

The company is a Series C Startup, building something that will define our generation and they are looking to add to their lean finance team.

This is a Payroll & Equity Manager role and you will need to have drive, ambition and an eye for driving improvements to systems/ processes.

Key duties will include…
  • Managing global Payroll, across various platforms, this includes: inputs, adjustments, Reconciliations and calculations
  • Compensation reporting, including: SBC calculations, payroll tax events, mobility considerations, and audit-ready documentation
  • Running global equity plans, including grants, vesting and platform maintenance
  • Reviewing all existing process and driving improvements where necessary
You will be comfortable working at a fast-paced, high-growth setting and ideally have existing experience gained in a scaleup/ Startup environment, but, in addition to this, you will need…
  • Experience of managing Payroll through a Global Payroll system
  • Experience of administering equity plans across a global business
  • The ability to interpret and apply U.S. tax, payroll, and accounting rules related to equity compensation, including ASC 718 principles
