Description

• Process payroll for 120 monthly paid employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain and update payroll records and systems.
• Address payroll-related queries from employees and management.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant payroll regulations and laws.
• Prepare and distribute payslips and other payroll documentation.
• Collaborate with the finance department to reconcile payroll accounts.
• Assist in audits and reporting related to payroll activities.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in payroll data.

Profile

A successful Payroll Clerk should have:

• Proficiency in Sage payroll
