A growing international arts company seeks a Payroll and Finance Administrator to manage payroll and finance operations. Responsibilities include processing monthly payroll, managing invoices, and supporting the finance team. Qualifications

  • Strong experience using Sage50 Payroll is essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general IT literacy.

Responsibilities

  • Processing monthly payroll, including commissions, bonuses, and deductions.
  • Creating and reconciling sales invoices.
  • Managing accounts receivable and ensuring timely debt collection.
  • Supporting with purchase invoice processing and financial administration.
  • Providing cover for holiday and sickness within the finance team.
  • Assisting with ad hoc finance and administrative tasks.

Location: Huntingdon with twice-monthly travel to London

Are you an experienced Payroll and Finance Administrator looking to join a fast-growing, creative organisation making waves in the international arts industry?
Our client, is a pioneering company helping artists and creative businesses thrive, working with some of the world s best artists and clients across 25+ countries. They are now seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to join their friendly finance team.

The Role

Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth running of the company s financial operations. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Processing monthly payroll, including commissions, bonuses, and deductions
  • Creating and reconciling sales invoices
  • Managing accounts receivable and ensuring timely debt collection
  • Supporting with purchase invoice processing and financial administration
  • Providing cover for holiday and sickness within the finance team

About You

To be successful in this role, you ll need to bring:
